CHILDREN'S MINISTRIES

In our Children's Ministry, our mission is to help kids find their way to God, connect with others, and contribute to changing the world. We believe that kids have the capacity to walk intimately with God, and we love to see them learn about Him and connect with Him through Bible stories, songs, and crafts.

WHO'S INVOLVED?

Every Sunday morning we provide a safe environment for children from birth through fifth grade where they can learn about Jesus and connect with each other.

Our volunteers are the heartbeat of our ministry, and it’s an honor to serve with each and every one of them as they love and care for children each week! Every volunteer in the Children's Ministry has completed a background check and is committed to making the ministry a safe, Biblically relevant, and fun environment for your kids.

Nursery

Located on the ground floor hallway of the Education Wing in the center of the building, children from a few weeks to 5 years old will be blessed as they are lovingly cared for by volunteer as well as paid staff from 9:00am until the worship service lets out around noon, so YOU can be blessed by fellowship in Sunday School and the main worship service.

Sunday School

Children age K-5th grade meet upstairs in room 212 of the Education Wing (middle building) at 9:15 where they engage in Biblical lessons and creative activities. Snacks are provided.

Kingdom Kids

We encourage K-5th to begin the 10:30 service in the sanctuary. After singing and before the sermon they are dismissed for a special time of age-appropriate lessons and activities in the gym.

CHILDREN ARE A HERITAGE FROM THE LORD, OFFSPRING A REWARD FROM HIM. LIKE ARROWS IN THE HANDS OF A WARRIOR ARE CHILDREN BORN IN ONE’S YOUTH. BLESSED IS THE MAN WHOSE QUIVER IS FULL OF THEM. THEY WILL NOT BE PUT TO SHAME WHEN THEY CONTEND WITH THEIR OPPONENTS IN COURT.
